Your product must be in its original unused condition to be

Customized products with manufacturing fault will be returned and
replaced.

3. Include in your package a signed letter/returns form stating
the reason for your return along with the original receipt.
Return Exceptions
Some products cannot be returned if they are opened, (e.g.
Cleaning products).
Products that have been worn, used, or altered will not be
accepted for return or exchange.
Exchanges
If your product is in a ‘like new’ condition, you may exchange it
for a different size or colour.
